Therapy Services
Although we are flexible our standard sessions are base on a 60 minutes face to face meeting.
- Individual Psychotherapy: SGD $210
- Family Therapy (max 4 person): SGD $260
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy: SGD $230
- Executive Functioning Therapy: SGD $210
- Behaviour Management Therapy: SGD $230
Note: Please note online services allows to offset $30 from our standard price. Any extensions needed during a session are appropriately charged pro rata.
Work Solutions
- Talks and Workshops: Please contact us for a quotation.
- EAP/Workplace Solutions (1×1 sessions, talks, or critical incidents): Please contact us for a quotation.
Note: All prices are subject to change periodically. Please contact the therapist for guidance on individual cases if you are being billed at older rates.
Full payment is to be made in advance of the session to block the therapist’s time and office

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Weekends or public holidays close
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours (within working hours: 9 am to 6 pm) in advance if you are unable to attend a session. Emails or messages sent outside working hours will be addressed during the next working day, provided they are within the free cancellation range. We will then reschedule to a convenient time for you.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking time, the booking amount will not be refunded unless there is:
- Medical Reason: With substantiation.
- Compassionate Reasons: With documentation/substantiation.
- Last-Minute Government Related Call-Ups: Backed with documentation.
In such cases, 25% will be deducted for late cancellation as we still incur costs for therapist time and therapy room bookings. We appreciate your understanding and support in this area.
